104ft Malta-flagged Bill Tripp cutter-rigged sloop. Based in Valencia. First Med season post-refit with private and charter programme. Classic fast cruiser undergoing a comprehensive multi-stage refit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all sailing ops: hoisting sails, reefing, docking, watches (day and night), VHF, lines, anchoring

• Deck and interior care during and after sailing

• Provide relaxed but professional table service and assist chef

• Maintain guest cabins (4 double, up to 8 guests), deck tidiness and general hospitality

• Drive dinghy (courses/background a plus)

Requirements

• Prior experience on similar-sized sailing yachts

• STCW and ENG1

• Solid sailing knowledge – able to work on deck while heeled over

• Comfortable taking responsibility during night/day watches

• Hands-on with a positive, can-do attitude

• No smoking / dry boat for the crew

• Wine and bartending experience preferred but not essential
