Vessel Details 100m+ private motor yacht operating a dual-season itinerary between the Mediterranean and Caribbean/Bahamas. Busy, professionally managed program with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior to exceptional standards

• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and general deck operations

• Operate tenders and support water sports and guest activities

• Watchkeeping duties (if certified)

• Work as part of a structured, team-focused deck department

Requirements

• Male candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)

• Minimum 1 year of yachting experience

• Valid B1/B2 visa

• PDSD

• Strong tender driving skills

• Navigational Watch Rating or Yachtmaster Commercial (preferred)
