Responsibilities

Exterior maintenance including washdowns and polishing

Lines, fenders, watersports setup, and watchkeeping duties

Support day-to-day yacht operations with high standards

Work well with children and support a family-style program

Requirements

B1/B2 visa, Green Card, or US Work Permit / Permanent Resident

STCW (including refresher if needed)

ENG1 (min. 6 months validity)

PDSD certification

PBL2 or small deck license preferred

Experience with watersports, line handling, fenders, and watches

Strong references and previous longevity
