Vessel Details

72ft Swan Sailing Yacht – Predominantly private use with potential charter in the Caribbean – Family-owned and well-maintained – Currently in Badalona, launching mid-May – Crew of 2 – Long weekends in July and a family trip from late July to mid-August – Possible Caribbean crossing and use during Christmas and February

Responsibilities

Captain: Full command of vessel, safe navigation, maintenance, and trip planning

Chef/Stew: Provisioning, cooking for the family (simple, quality meals), interior care, light deck support

Both must contribute to smooth operations with a hands-on, team-oriented approach

Requirements

Minimum Yachtmaster certification – Previous sailing yacht experience – Comfortable in dual/independent roles – For couples or single Captain willing to share a cabin – Family-oriented mindset with excellent service skills

Requirements

Mandatory Certifications

Master 200GT (Yacht)

STCW Basic Safety Training (2010)

ENG1 (or equivalent valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate)
