Vessel Details Lagoon 62 sailing catamaran, US-flagged. Operating term charters to complete the Caribbean season, followed by haul-out in Grenada.

Responsibilities Full command of the vessel. Safe navigation and operation during charters. Crew management and guest interaction. Oversee maintenance and prepare vessel for haul-out.

Requirements USCG Master 100T license. Sailing endorsement. STCW certification. Previous catamaran and charter experience preferred. Strong leadership and organisational skills.

22m private high-performance sailing yacht undergoing a major refit until 2026. Post-launch, this role transitions into a hands-on Captain/Engineer position focused on operational maintenance and sailing performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the refit project
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation
• Take command of the yacht post-launch
• Run maintenance program and ensure operational readiness
• Act as both Captain and Engineer, managing all onboard systems

Requirements

• YM Offshore minimum
• Strong sailing background and prior command experience
• Proven refit and shipyard management skills
• Solid technical knowledge of onboard systems and deck gear
• Excellent English (spoken and written) for documentation

Ensure chase boat is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times

Assist on the main yacht when required

Requirements

1–2 seasons of experience in similar roles

Strong tender handling skills and mechanical awareness

STCW and valid licenses preferred
