Responsibilities
Operate and manage the chase boat for guest transfers, logistics, and support
Ensure safe navigation and maintenance of the tender
Work closely with the Deck/Stew (partner) as part of a couple’s position
Assist with charter preparation and yacht support logistics
Requirements
Minimum 2 seasons of yachting experience
Large tender driving experience required
Valid STCW and ENG1
Strong boat handling and seamanship
Must be in a couple with the Deck/Stew due to cabin arrangements
