Vessel Details
85m private and charter motor yacht currently based in Yalıkavak operating a dual private and charter programme.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Head Chef in all galley operations including food preparation, provisioning, menu execution, galley organisation, hygiene compliance, and maintaining high culinary standards for both guests and crew.

Requirements
European candidates only. Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience required. Valid STCW, Seaman’s Book, Passport, ENG1, Food & Hygiene certification, and a readily available menu portfolio required. Candidates should be reliable, professional, capable of working independently, and able to perform in a fast-paced yacht environment.
