Vessel Details
Classic 30m commercially operated converted tug boat operating a flexible private-use programme with occasional light workboat duties. Total crew of four onboard in a relaxed and adventure-focused environment compared to traditional luxury yachting.

Responsibilities
Acting as Safety Officer while supporting all navigation, watchkeeping, deck operations, and tender duties onboard. Responsibilities include line handling, 8m tender operations and maintenance, steel vessel upkeep and corrosion management, washdowns, safety management procedures, chart corrections, ISPS procedures, bookkeeping, work permits, crane operations, and general maintenance.

Requirements
Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore Commercially Endorsed or equivalent required together with valid STCW, ENG1, and PB2. AEC 1 & 2, GMDSS, and advanced medical qualifications considered advantageous. Previous commercial vessel experience essential together with OOW/navigation watch experience, tender driving, safe line handling, and steel vessel maintenance knowledge. Towing experience advantageous. Candidates must be mature-minded, self-sufficient, safety-conscious, and comfortable sharing crew quarters with both male and female crew.

Green crew without prior commercial vessel experience will not be considered.
