Vessel Details 28m private family motor yacht with a single-season Mediterranean program. The yacht remains Mediterranean-based over the winter.

Responsibilities
Run the deck department and supervise the Deckhand. Assist with manoeuvres and gain regular helm time. Manage deck administration, inventories, drills, and safety procedures. Maintain high standards of deck maintenance and organisation. Support the Captain and contribute positively to a small crew environment. Train and guide the Deckhand while taking on increasing responsibilities.

Requirements
Yachtmaster Offshore minimum. Strong organisational and IT skills. Diligent and proactive approach. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Ability to manage paperwork and safety responsibilities efficiently. Team player with leadership potential. Male and female candidates can both be accommodated.
