Vessel Details 40m sailing yacht with a crew of 6 and accommodation for 6 guests. Family-oriented program with occasional charter use. Currently undergoing a major refit in Spain, with summer sail trials and winter base in Vilanova. Plans to participate in superyacht cups and regattas.

Responsibilities
Support the Captain with deck operations and vessel administration. Carry out hands-on maintenance including painting, varnishing, and winch servicing. Lead deck operations and maintain high standards throughout the vessel. Assist with sailing and future regatta campaigns. Balance practical deck work with paperwork and administration.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Yachtmaster Offshore minimum with valid STCW. Strong sailing background; regatta experience is advantageous. Practical maintenance skills essential. Organised, energetic, and hands-on attitude. Able to thrive in a small, busy crew environment. Male candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements.
