Vessel Details: 100m+ private yacht. Mediterranean season and winter itinerary to be confirmed.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage large interior team, oversee training and development, maintain crew culture and operational standards in a high-demand environment.

Requirements: All relevant certificates current and in hand. Minimum 3 years' experience on 100m+ vessels, ideally across both private and charter operations. Demonstrated experience leading and developing large interior teams. Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills. Excellent organisational, communication, and budgeting abilities.
