Location: Europe, with potential itinerary in Europe and USA

Salary: €9,500 per month

Leave: 2:2 rotation

Vessel Details: 40m private motor yacht operating in Europe with potential USA itinerary.

Responsibilities: Command and safely operate the yacht, manage crew with strong leadership and communication, maintain professional discretion in private guest services, and oversee owner relations.

Requirements: Master 500 GT license with Master 3000 GT beneficial. Valid Master's license and STCW certification. Proven Captain experience on 35m+ motor yachts. Strong crew management and leadership skills. Fluent Mandarin/Chinese strongly preferred, with familiarity or experience working with Chinese culture and high-end private owner service.
