Vessel Details 38m private sailing yacht with occasional charters. Cruising the Pacific Islands and New Zealand over the next two years. Family-style atmosphere onboard.

Responsibilities

Mate

  • Hold OOW or RYA Yachtmaster
  • Support sailing operations, navigation, and deck maintenance
  • Lead water-based activities, especially diving

Stewardess

  • Interior management, guest service, and light housekeeping
  • Assist with charter preparations and guest interaction
  • Participate in water-based guest activities

Joint Requirements

  • Both candidates must have sailing yacht experience
  • Passion for watersports, especially diving (PADI or equivalent certification required)
  • STCW with refresher and valid ENG1
  • Positive attitude and adaptable to a close-knit, team-oriented environment
  • Provide current location and availability in application
