Responsibilities:
Maintain all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot and repair issues with propulsion, main engine, generators, watermakers, refrigeration, HVAC, etc.
Maintain engine room logs and planned maintenance schedules.
Work closely with the captain and deck team during sailing and racing.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (ISM, class, flag, etc.)
Manage technical inventories and spares.
Assist with tender and deck operations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong motivation and expertise on overall engine room and systems (engineering, mechanics, oil dynamics, electricity, plumbing and wiring).
Strong understanding of marine diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and general yacht systems.
Minimum qualifications: AEC 2 (Y4 or EOOW preferred), Powerboat 1/2, STCW, ENG1 (valid)
MCA Endorsed Yachtmaster Ocean or Offshore a plus.
