Vessel Details 37m private motor yacht, Brazil-flagged, owned by Brazilian owners. Crew of 8 including Captain, Chief Engineer, Chef, 3 Deckhands, and 2 Stews. Majority of the year spent in Brazil with seasonal Mediterranean cruising. Guest periods mid-June (4 weeks) and August (15 days).

Responsibilities
Lead and manage interior operations. Supervise the interior team and ensure high service standards. Handle housekeeping, service, provisioning, and guest experience. Maintain organisation and smooth running of the interior during busy guest periods.

Requirements
Fluent Portuguese (mandatory). Previous Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized yachts. Non-smoker. Strong leadership and service skills. Able to work within a young, international crew. Comfortable with seasonal Mediterranean cruising and potential Brazil-based rotation.

Benefits
