Vessel Details
A 70m private motor yacht currently in an active refit period in Greece. Cayman Islands flag. The vessel will continue into operational use after the shipyard phase. Strong focus on maintaining high standards across all deck and exterior operations during refit and beyond.

Responsibilities
Lead all deck operations during refit and operational phases. Coordinate maintenance, exterior upkeep, and safety procedures. Manage deck crew and work closely with contractors and senior officers. Support tender operations and ensure project timelines are met. Maintain high standards of organisation and deck presentation.

Requirements
Previous experience as Bosun on large yachts. Strong refit and shipyard experience essential. Solid knowledge of deck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures. Confident leadership and crew management skills. Experience with tenders and exterior systems. Valid STCW, ENG1, and relevant certificates required.
