Vessel Details
A 48m private motor yacht based in the South of France with potential future charter operations. Multinational crew of 9 onboard. Smooth handover available with the current First Officer to ensure seamless transition into the role.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of bridge and deck operations from day one. Oversee navigation, safety procedures, passage planning, chart corrections, and deck crew management. Support the Captain with vessel operations and ensure high standards across all deck and bridge activities. Assist with tender operations, maintenance scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
Candidates must currently be based in Europe. Required certifications include CoC Reg. II/3 or Yachtmaster Coastal, GMDSS GOC, PSCRB, FRB, AFF, Medical First Aid, SSO, STCW Basic Training, valid Seaman’s Book, and valid Medical Certificate with minimum 6 months validity. Strong confidence with paper chart corrections essential. Valid Schengen visa/documents required.
