Position: Sous Chef

Salary: €4,000 per month

Vessel Details: 60m+ private motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean.

Responsibilities: Support the Head Chef in preparation and service of guest and crew meals. Manage provisioning, stock control, and inventory.

Requirements: Valid STCW, ENG1 and FHL2. Confident with provisioning, stock control, and inventory management. Strong organisational skills. Schengen visa or EU right to work required. Italian or Russian language skills desirable.
