Vessel Details 30m private performance sailing yacht with a crew of four, plus a chase boat with one to two crew. Moderate owner usage during the summer in Maine, followed by a Newport shipyard period in September and a Caribbean winter programme or possible winter shipyard period. Future plans include Mediterranean cruising. Friendly US family owners with high standards.

Responsibilities Manage all interior operations including housekeeping, laundry, guest service, provisioning, and maintaining exceptional standards throughout the vessel. Work closely with a small crew and support a professional private programme.

Requirements

• Previous Sole Stewardess experience essential.
• B1/B2 visa or US citizenship required.
• Ability to maintain high standards and work independently.
• Strong guest service and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working on a performance sailing yacht.
• Immediate availability.
