Position Sailing Engineer (Private 46m Sailing Yacht)

Location Palma de Mallorca, Spain

Contract Rotation

Vessel Details 46m private sailing yacht currently completing an 11-month yard period, expected to finish at the beginning of August. The vessel will cruise the Western Mediterranean until October before preparing for the RORC Transatlantic Race.

Responsibilities Full onboard engineering and technical maintenance. Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and onboard systems. Supporting safe and efficient sailing operations. Preventive maintenance and system reliability. Hands-on support during passages and anchorage operations. Working closely with the Captain and crew.

Requirements Previous sailing yacht experience preferred. Strong practical engineering skills. Proactive, hands-on attitude. Team player with a professional work ethic.
