Sloop with cutter rig
Cruising itinerary: Palma – Las Palmas – St. Vincent – Martinique – Bermuda – Azores – Palma

Responsibilities
Sailing and watchkeeping
Night watches on a 4 hours on / 4 hours off rotation with the Owner
Assist with passage-making and yacht operations
Maintain the yacht and support day-to-day sailing duties
Contribute to safe navigation throughout the transatlantic and offshore passages

Requirements
Minimum RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
Strong and proven sailing ability
Confident standing night watches
Comfortable with a 4 hours on / 4 hours off watch system
Ideally working towards RYA Yachtmaster Ocean
Experienced offshore sailor preferred
Must be able to sail independently and contribute effectively during long passages
