Vessel Details 37m Vitters sailing yacht with carbon fibre hull. Recently underwent major refit at Pendennis, UK. World cruising program with upcoming itinerary through Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, Madagascar and beyond. Crew of 5 (6 during guest trips). Engineer shares cabin with Mate.

Responsibilities
Full responsibility for all engineering systems onboard. Diagnose and repair issues across hydraulic PLC systems, AV/IT systems, and navigation networks. Maintain and manage CAT main engine, Northern Lights generators, Reckmann furling systems, and all onboard technical equipment. Provide upgrade and repair recommendations. Ensure reliability and safety for long-range ocean cruising.

Requirements
Degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar preferred. 2–3 years’ high-level engineering experience on yachts. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability. Experience with Crestron, Peplink, NMEA, A&T, Furuno systems advantageous. Fluent English. Comfortable in small crew environment. Available for late June / early July start.
