Vessel Details 27m performance racing yacht with an established long-term racing programme including Swan Worlds, Caribbean events, summer campaigns, winter refit and maintenance in Palma, and future global shipping to events worldwide.

Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day deck, sails, and racing equipment, maintain the yacht to a high standard, coordinate service schedules with sailmakers, boat builders, and specialist contractors, support racing operations, and carry out routine onboard maintenance.

Requirements Enthusiastic and highly motivated candidates with a passion for performance yacht racing are sought. Strong hands-on skills, ownership of responsibilities, teamwork, and the ability to work hard when required are essential. Engineering knowledge is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should be interested in long-term professional development and pursuing MCA or other relevant qualifications.
