Vessel Details
38m private motor yacht operating a single-season programme. Owner is actively looking to purchase another vessel, offering potential for progression within the programme.

Responsibilities
Support the Captain and deck department with day-to-day operations. Take ownership of responsibilities, demonstrate initiative and lead by example. Confidently operate an 11m tender.

Requirements
Motivated, hands-on and proactive First Mate. Yachtmaster 200GT preferred. Must be confident and experienced operating an 11m tender. Strong leadership, initiative and a professional approach required.
