Vessel Details 25m Private Motor Yacht based in Palma. Operated by a friendly three-person crew with mainly day trips and weekend cruises, plus the occasional 1–2 week trip each season. Private use only. This is not a liveaboard position.

Responsibilities Assisting with both interior and exterior operations. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and yacht presentation. Supporting deck operations, including moorings, line handling, fenders, and manoeuvres. Providing service to owners and guests and contributing to the smooth running of the vessel.

Requirements Female candidate due to cabin arrangements. Applicants must hold a Spanish DNI or a valid NIE, as this is a Spanish employment contract. Candidates should be organized, honest, conscientious, and service-oriented. Confidence with general deck work and physical ability to assist with manoeuvres are essential. Good English is required, and basic German would be an advantage. Previous experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Existing accommodation in or around Palma is strongly preferred.
