Vessel Details
40m+ high-performance sailing yacht operating with a crew of 10 onboard. Excellent opportunity to gain advanced sailing experience within a professional performance sailing programme.

Responsibilities
Supporting all deck and sailing operations onboard including sail handling, line work, deck maintenance, washdowns, watches, docking assistance, and general yacht upkeep.

Requirements
Previous sailing experience is essential. Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements. Candidates should be motivated, hardworking, adaptable, and eager to further develop their sailing skills within a fast-paced yacht environment.
