Vessel Details Commercially Registered 36m Sailing Yacht operating a mixed private and charter programme. Exciting worldwide cruising itinerary with immediate joining in the South Pacific.

Responsibilities

Engineer: Managing engineering systems, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Supporting deck operations when required and ensuring the vessel remains fully operational during worldwide cruising.

Chef: Preparing high-quality meals for owners, guests and crew. Managing provisioning, menu planning, galley operations and maintaining excellent food presentation standards throughout private and charter periods.

Requirements

Engineer: AEC 1 & 2 required. Previous sailing yacht and engineering experience preferred. Strong practical maintenance and problem-solving skills.

Chef: Relevant Food Safety qualifications required. Previous yacht chef experience preferred. Strong culinary skills, organisation and ability to work independently.

Both Candidates: Professional attitude, strong teamwork skills and willingness to commit to a long-term cruising programme. Sailing yacht experience advantageous.
