Vessel Details 104’ (approx. 32m) Malta-flagged commercial sailing yacht, Bill Tripp design cutter-rigged sloop. Currently undergoing the first stage of an extensive refit in Valencia. Planned private and charter operations following yard period.

Responsibilities Supporting Captain and Engineer during yard period, assisting with sailing operations (passages, watches, sail handling, docking, anchoring), VHF communications, guest service (table service, hospitality), interior duties (cabins, safety, upkeep), dinghy operations, general deck and interior maintenance.

Requirements Prior experience on similar sailing yachts (not for green crew), strong sailing knowledge and confidence working under sail, STCW, ENG1, PB1 or PB2 (Yachtmaster beneficial), non-smoker, non-drinker (dry boat for crew), positive attitude, adaptable, hands-on team player. Wine knowledge and bartending a plus.
