Vessel Details

47m private sailing yacht with a crew of eight, recently purchased by an American family. The yacht accommodates 10–12 guests, including the owners, their adult children, younger family members, partners and friends.

Responsibilities

Lead the interior department and deliver high standards of guest service for family visits and private trips. Maintain an organised, professional interior operation while adapting to a varied family programme, including the possibility of the owners’ sons using the yacht independently.

Requirements

Previous Chief Stewardess experience on sailing yachts of a similar size is essential.

Valid B1/B2 visa required.

Female candidate required due to cabin arrangements. The Chief Stewardess will share a cabin with the Chef.

Seeking a kind, confident and organised professional with a strong character, a calm approach under pressure and a good sense of humour.

Benefits

60 days annual leave and a starting salary of €6,500 per month.

The itinerary includes a November crossing to St Maarten, an expected owner visit before Christmas, family trips after Christmas, a possible US East Coast stop, followed by Ireland, Scotland and the Mediterranean for summer. Palma is likely to remain the yacht’s base.
