Vessel Details: 60m+ charter yacht operating dual season: Mediterranean in summer and Caribbean in winter.

Responsibilities: Lead interior team of 6, manage all interior operations to high standards, handle guest requests and reservations with professionalism, oversee provisioning and inventory, coordinate daily team activities, and support junior crew development.

Requirements: STCW, ENG 1, FH level 2 essential and up to date. Extensive charter experience required. Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized or larger vessels. Schengen and B1/B2 visa required.

Benefits: 3 return flights per year, bonus scheme, and training allowance.
