Position: Chief Steward(ess)

Start Date: 9–10 September 2026

Salary: USD 8,500 per month

Leave: 8:8 week rotation (2:2)

Vessel Details: 70m private motor yacht operating a busy dual-season programme.

Responsibilities: Oversee all interior operations including service, housekeeping, wine and bar service. Manage interior administration covering provisioning, inventory and daily team coordination. Handle guest requests, reservations and bookings. Lead and support the interior crew while maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements: STCW, ENG 1 and FH level 2 essential and current. Previous Chief Steward(ess) experience on similar-sized or larger vessels. Competency across service, housekeeping, wine knowledge and bartending. Schengen Visa required.
