Vessel Details 37m charter motor yacht, Mediterranean cruising program, crew of 6 (Captain, Engineer, Chef, First Officer, Chief Stewardess, Second Stewardess)

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the interior department. Oversee housekeeping, laundry, provisioning, and service. Deliver high-end guest experience and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in coordination with Captain and Chef. Mentor and supervise the Second Stewardess.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Chief Stewardess or similar leadership role on charter yachts
• Strong service, leadership, and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Strong references
