Vessel Details 104’ (approx. 32m) Malta-flagged commercial sailing yacht, Bill Tripp design cutter-rigged sloop. Currently undergoing an extensive refit in Valencia (2–3 year project), with launch expected June 2026. Planned operations in the Western Mediterranean.

Responsibilities Preparing high-quality, healthy meals for 4 crew and up to 8 guests, focusing on Mediterranean cuisine with Italian and Argentinian influence, provisioning and stock management, maintaining galley hygiene and organization, supporting crew nutrition during passages, collaborating closely with stewardess team for seamless service.

Requirements Proven yacht chef experience, strong culinary background with emphasis on fresh, light, Mediterranean cuisine, knowledge of international and fusion dishes (including Asian), vegetarian cooking skills, wine knowledge expected, bartending a plus, STCW, ENG1, HACCP, strong hygiene standards, non-smoker, non-drinker (dry boat), team player with hands-on attitude.
