56m busy private motor yacht, currently in refit before cruising the Mediterranean. Interior team of 4. Not a party boat – longevity and professionalism valued.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all interior duties (housekeeping, service, laundry)

• Uphold high standards during a busy private program

• Contribute to a smooth-running, respectful team dynamic

Requirements

• 1–2 years yachting experience (strict)

• Confident in all areas of the interior

• No visible tattoos

• Age 25+

• Ready to fly to France this week

• European candidates preferred

• Seeking long-term commitment

• Must align with a calm, focused work culture
