Salary €31,200 gross annual

Leave 30 days holiday plus Spanish public holidays

Contract Spanish employment contract – Part-time (30 hrs/week), Live-Out

Role Details

Join a private estate located 20 minutes outside Palma. This role is service-focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As part of a team of 8, you will assist with formal table settings, napkin folds, and flower arrangements. Regular dinners and events throughout the year require someone who can keep pace and work well under pressure. You’ll be scheduled on a rotating rota, including at least one weekend per month.

Requirements

Must be legal to work in Spain (Spanish contract) – Yacht experience preferred – Strong service background – Experienced with large-scale service – Must have a driver’s license – Must already be based in Palma (live-out role) – Team player with flexibility and strong organisational skills
