Vessel Details 50m private motor yacht based predominantly in the USA, cruising the Bahamas, Caribbean, and New England

Responsibilities Lead an experienced interior team of 2, oversee all service, housekeeping, and laundry operations. Coordinate closely with the galley for meal planning and events. Maintain high standards and manage guest expectations across a variety of cruising regions

Requirements Minimum 5 years of yachting experience with at least 1 year as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels

B1/B2 visa

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, respectful mindset
