Location Florida (initial), Caribbean to Med itinerary

Salary DOE

Leave 60 days/year

Contract Permanent – Full MLC

Vessel Details 74m private motor yacht with a dynamic global itinerary. Interior team of 6, total crew of 19. Caribbean cruise planned before Med crossing, with potential Indian Ocean and Indonesia routing later. Charter status may be added in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join and support interior team in high-standard setup and guest preparation

• Perform all interior duties including housekeeping, laundry, and guest service

• Represent the yacht professionally on and offboard

• Adhere to standing orders and maintain exceptional crew standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of yachting experience (preferably on one vessel)

• B1/B2 visa (required)

• In-date STCW and ENG1 or valid seafarer medical

• PDSD preferred

• Food Hygiene Level II certificate

• Excellent and verifiable references

• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

• Dry boat – no alcohol onboard

• No couples
