Position Stewardess / Crew Cook – 22m Classic Sailing Yacht

Vessel Details

22m restored classic sailing yacht, built in 1938 and fully refitted. Operated to a high standard by a UHNW British owner. Program includes classic regattas and family cruising. Small team onboard, supported by a wider private fleet structure.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the interior: housekeeping, laundry, guest service, provisioning, and galley hygiene

Plan and prepare light, healthy crew meals outside of regatta periods

Support regatta prep and onboard upkeep as needed

Work closely with the captain and support crew when chef is not onboard

Requirements

Minimum 1 season yachting experience (ideally in Stew/Cook role)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Crew cooking experience essential

Sailing background or a strong interest in classic yachts

Confident, hands-on, adaptable, and structured personality

Excellent references

Preferred nationalities for team dynamic: British, Northern European, Kiwi
