Vessel Details

100m+ Private Motor Yacht – Med-based itinerary – Large professional crew – Structured interior and galley departments

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the crew mess and scullery

Replenish and manage buffet meals, snacks, and drinks for crew

Monitor and report inventory levels of crew consumables

Support galley and interior teams during guest trips as required

Ensure hygiene and safety standards in line with ISM and MLC

Detail all crew mess appliances and surfaces to high standard

Requirements

STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2, PSA

Valid Schengen visa (if required)

Experience on 100m+ yachts preferred

Familiarity with guest crockery, cutlery, and glassware care

High attention to detail, self-motivated, efficient

Positive, proactive team player
