Vessel Details

100m+ Private Motor Yacht – Galley role supporting Executive Chef – Based in the Med – Structured and professional galley team

Responsibilities

Assist with ingredient prep, storage, and plating

Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene standards

Support dishwashing, inventory, and food organization

Work closely with the Chef in a team-focused environment

Requirements

STCW, ENG1, Seafarer Medical Certificate

Security Awareness (STCW A-VI/6-1) & Designated Duties Certificate

Food Safety & Hygiene certification

Seamans Book

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 incl. booster

Willingness to undergo TB medical screening

Candidates must be located in Europe

Excellent references and no visible tattoos
