Vessel Details Lord of the Glens – a boutique cruise vessel operating with Hebridean Island Cruises through the scenic Scottish Highlands and islands.

Responsibilities Support the Chef and kitchen staff with basic food preparation, assist prep cooks, clean and maintain cooking equipment, and manage kitchen waste removal. Must maintain hygiene standards and be adaptable to a team-oriented cruise galley environment.

Requirements Must be a UK national or hold the legal right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract. Experience in galley or kitchen utility roles preferred.
