Vessel Details 80m+ private yacht with a large family onboard for the entire summer. Dynamic culinary environment with a focus on variety and healthy living. Friendly, team-oriented crew with regular social and team-building activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef with preparation of crew and guest meals

• Manage dietary administration – tracking nutritional content (fats, carbs, proteins) for the owners

• Menu planning and coordinating orders and delivery logistics

• Adapt to a wide range of culinary preferences for a large family

Requirements

• Strong culinary skills with a collaborative attitude

• Comfortable with administrative tasks and nutritional tracking

• Flexible with cuisine styles and dietary needs

• Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced team
