Responsibilities

Large focus on administration: tracking dietary intake (fats, carbs, proteins)

Menu planning and assisting with sending menus and provisioning orders

Supporting the Head Chef in cooking crew and guest meals

Adapting to a variety of cuisines for a large family with diverse preferences

Working collaboratively within a friendly, active crew team

Requirements

Experience with food administration and nutritional planning

Dynamic culinary skills across multiple cuisines

Team player with strong organizational skills

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and support the galley team
