34m Sailing Yacht – Private world cruising program with adventurous owners and long-term crew. Upcoming itinerary includes Indonesia, Palau, Japan, Aleutian Islands, Alaska, and British Columbia. Crew of 6 onboard.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the interior – housekeeping, laundry, and guest service

Provide casual, family-style service with locally sourced provisions

Be an integral part of a small and close-knit crew

Support sailing operations where needed

Be proactive and motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindset

Requirements

Previous experience on sailing yachts essential

Confident in interior operations and guest service

Keen and competent diver preferred

Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements – DTCA)

Must be excited about remote cruising and adventure
