Position Sole Chef – 37M Private New Build Motor Yacht

Start Date ASAP (Trial at Owner’s Residence in the UK)

Location Dual Season – Mediterranean & Caribbean

Salary €6,000 per month

Leave 42 Days + 1 Return Flight per Year

Vessel Details 37M Private New Build Motor Yacht – Launching April – Summer in the Med – Caribbean Winter 2025 – Family Use

Responsibilities Prepare well-balanced, healthy meals for a family of four – Provisioning and galley organization – Maintain a clean and efficient galley – Work closely with the owners to understand dietary preferences – Deliver a high standard of cuisine in a calm and professional manner

Requirements Experienced Sole Chef with private yacht or high-end hospitality background – Strong focus on healthy and fresh cuisine – Excellent time and galley management – Must be available for trial in the UK
