Vessel Details

60–80ft Luxury Catamaran – Fully crewed – Busy charter itinerary with occasional private owner trips – Exceptional crew culture and a respectful, professional work environment

Responsibilities

Create refined, beautifully presented menus tailored to diverse guest needs – Provisioning and sourcing local, fresh ingredients – Maintain galley operations solo with a high level of organisation – Deliver a culinary experience to match a premium charter standard – Work closely with the team to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Michelin background or fine dining restaurant experience

• Previous charter yacht or luxury hospitality experience

• Confident, creative, and guest-focused with exceptional plating

• Able to cater to dietary needs and themed dining

• B1/B2 visa required

• Culinary qualifications and strong references essential
