38m Private Motor Yacht – Mediterranean cruising itinerary – Relaxed but professional onboard atmosphere
Responsibilities
Plan and prepare high-quality Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on Italian and Spanish dishes
Manage all galley operations including provisioning, inventory, and hygiene
Deliver well-presented and fresh meals for guests and crew
Operate independently within a small, close-knit team
Requirements
Minimum 1 season experience as Sole Chef on a yacht
Culinary trained with strong Mediterranean cooking background
Positive and flexible attitude
Experience with provisioning and galley management
Qualifications
STCW (fully updated)
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
