Vessel Details

45m+ Charter Sailing Yacht – Summer itinerary in the Mediterranean – Busy program – Up to 12 guests – 9 mixed-nationality crew – Non-smoking vessel

Responsibilities

Manage all galley operations – Prepare high-quality cuisine for guests and crew – Handle provisioning and stock control – Deliver a variety of dishes under pressure – Maintain hygiene standards and galley organization – Adapt to guest dietary requirements

Requirements

Approx. 5 years’ experience in the industry – Capable of handling heavy workload – Wide-ranging culinary skills – Organized, independent, and calm under pressure – Sailing yacht experience beneficial – Preference given to candidates located in EU/UK
