Start Date Early May 2025 (Trial in late April)
Location Dual Season – Mediterranean and beyond
Salary €8,000–€9,000/month DOE

Vessel Details
50m New Build Private/Charter Motor Yacht – Dual-season cruising – Professional team with excellent crew longevity – Occasional charter guests bring their own chef – Galley managed solo for both guests and 12 crew
Responsibilities
Prepare varied and high-end cuisine for guests and crew – Manage galley operations independently – Maintain galley hygiene and provisioning – Deliver fine dining service and high presentation standards – Work flexibly with guest chefs during charters
Requirements
Previous experience as Sole Chef on similar-sized yachts – Strong restaurant background with fine dining expertise – Charter experience preferred – Ships Cook Certificate required – Excellent presentation and plating skills – Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
