Vessel Details 50M+ Private & Charter Motor Yacht – New Build – Hosting up to 12 Guests and 12 Crew – Well-equipped Galley with 2 Commercial Ovens, Walk-in Fridge and Freezer – Health-conscious, active crew

Responsibilities Deliver high-quality meals for guests and crew – Plan and execute diverse menus across various cuisines – Manage provisioning, galley organization, and hygiene – Cater to dietary needs and preferences – Prepare for occasional large parties (up to 30 guests)

Requirements

• Proven experience as Sole Chef on similar-sized vessels

• Strong skills in a variety of international cuisines

• Confident catering for up to 12 guests and 12 crew

• Passion for cooking and creativity in the galley

• Health-conscious and fitness-minded

• B1/B2 Visa in hand

• STCW and ENG1

• Able to work independently and maintain high standards
